Step 4 — Agreement & Deposit
After you approve the final itinerary, a formal agreement is prepared.
The agreement specifies the services included, travel dates, payment schedule, cancellation conditions, date-change policies, and responsibilities of both parties.
After both sides review and sign the agreement, the required initial deposit is paid and the reservation process begins.
The remaining balance is paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
