As a traveller, you can get full tour details, personalise your itinerary, and receive free travel advice from our consultants — and our sales team will then guide you through booking and payment directly, every step of the way. Travel agencies and content creators can also partner with us; see the next two questions for details.
Are the prices on the site the retail price for travellers?
Yes, the prices shown are the retail prices for travellers. Travel agencies wishing to receive their net rates should contact us on WhatsApp. You can also register for our affiliate programme via the link in the menu, earn income, and benefit from complimentary travel.
Are your tour packages limited to the destinations listed above?
Zero Markup Trips can operate tours to more than 70 major tourism destinations worldwide. If you cannot find your destination in the list above, send us a message and we will provide the best itinerary and the best price for your requested route.
How can we join your sales network?
The collaboration process is explained in the Affiliate section of the site menu. Once you register and your details are verified, we will contact you and a cooperation agreement will be signed.
Why are voice calls not answered directly?
We initially respond to all incoming contacts via chat or voice message to filter genuine enquiries from spam. If further coordination is needed, our sales team will call you back. Please always leave a WhatsApp number. We prefer written communication because it ensures our services match our commitments exactly — we either make no promise, or we fulfil it 100%. Written records prevent misunderstandings, though our team will call when truly necessary.
Are tour prices the same for all nationalities?
Most destinations have slight rate variations based on the traveller's nationality, reflecting hotel marketing policies. Some routes have a single rate for all nationalities. For this reason, please fill in your nationality accurately when completing the tour reservation form so that the correct price for your nationality is sent to you.
